These terms govern your use of Mods Editor at mods.revline.cy (“the service”). By accessing or using the service, including signing in, uploading images, or buying credits, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

The service is operated by GPH Revline Motors LTD, a company registered in Cyprus with registration number HE488892, and its registered address at Agios Ioannis, Nicosia, Cyprus (“we”, “us”).

Mods Editor lets you upload photos of a vehicle, describe modifications in text, and receive AI-generated images of those ideas. Features may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee that a generated image will match a real part, a workshop result, or a particular look.

Generated images are visual previews only. They are not a quote, a fitment guide, or professional mechanical, legal, or safety advice.

You need an account to save cars and use generation. You can sign in with a supported provider (such as Google or Facebook) or a passkey. You must provide accurate account details and keep your sign-in methods under your control.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms for you. The service is not directed at children.

Generation uses credits. New accounts may receive a one-time welcome bonus. Further credits are sold as one-off top-ups. There is no subscription. The number of credits a generation uses depends on the request and the provider, and the on-site estimate is not a fixed price per image.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in euro before you pay. Credits are added to your account after we receive confirmation of a successful payment. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money except where the law requires it.

Credits are consumed when you run a generation. Because this is digital content supplied immediately, you ask us to start providing it as soon as you use credits or complete a purchase that is delivered to your balance. This may affect statutory withdrawal rights for digital content, but it does not limit rights you cannot waive under Cyprus or EU consumer law, including where a payment fails or credits are not delivered.

You keep ownership of the photos, prompts, and other material you submit (“your content”). You give us a licence to host, store, reproduce, and process your content, and to send it to the providers we use to run the service (including Google for image generation and cloud storage), only so we can provide, secure, and improve the service for you.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload your content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You are responsible for what you upload and for how you use the images we generate for you.

You must not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to upload content you do not have the right to use;
• upload images of people without a proper basis, or create content that is abusive, hateful, or sexually exploitative;
• attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, or to access another person’s account or data;
• resell the service or use it to build a competing product without our written permission.

Output is produced by automated systems and can be wrong, incomplete, or unexpected. We do not promise that an image is original, free of third-party claims, or suitable for advertising, fabrication, or sale. Check anything important before you rely on it.

The service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you. You may use images generated for your account for your own personal or internal purposes, subject to these terms and to the rights in your own uploads.

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Generation depends on third-party providers and may fail, be delayed, or be withdrawn. We may change, limit, or stop features, including credit rates, where we need to.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or from generated images. Our total liability arising out of these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in that period, except where the law requires otherwise.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account if you break these terms, if we must do so for legal or security reasons, or if a payment is reversed. Unused credits may be forfeited where the closure is because of a breach by you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence where the law gives you that right.
